FAMILY EVENTS
We are holding a number of family events in the village over the next few months, so why not come along to one of these, or join the Friends of Maningham Wood in the Village Hall on the first Monday of every month at 7.30pm to help plan the future of the wood.
Dawn Chorus Walk
Saturday, May 5th at 6.30am
Everyone welcome. Meet in surgery car park on Robartes Terrace for hot drinks at start.

Insect Recording Day
Saturday, June 30th at 11am
Come and help us dismantle the Bug Hotel to find out what has been using it. Identify all the creepy crawlies with an expert from Cornwall Wildlife Trust.
£1 donation requested and all sorts of bug collecting equipment will be available for use.

Bat Walk
Saturday, September 1st at 8.30pm
Come and listen to the local bats hunting for insects over the Glebe Field.
Using special bat detectors, we will try to identify different species of bats.
£1 donation requested and a limit of 12 families will be able to borrow detectors, so book early!
