I hereby summon you to a Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 20th September 2017 at 7.00 pm at the Penwartha Hall, Voguebeloth, Illogan

 

Members of the public are invited to attend.

  1. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25

 

  1. To consider applications from members for dispensations

 

  1. Public participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council standing Orders)

  1. To receive and approve the minutes of the Full Council Meeting held on the 16th August 2017 and the Chairman to sign them

 

  1. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

 

  1. To note the minutes of the following committee meetings held since the last Full Council meeting:

 

  1. Planning and Environmental Services Committee – 16th August 2017
  2. Finance and Resources Committee – 23rd August 2017
  • Governance Review Committee – 23rd August 2017
  1. Community Liaison Committee – 4th September 2017
  2. Planning and Environmental Services Committee – 6th September 2017
  3. Illogan Park Improvements Working Group – 11th September 2017

 

  1. To receive reports on the payments, receipts and bank reconciliation for the month of August 2017

 

  1. To receive the insurance renewal, recommendations from the Finance and Resources Committee, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

 

  1. To authorise payment of accounts for the month of September 2017 (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)

 

  1. To receive correspondence from the Illogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan Steering Group regarding cemetery spaces and revised housing numbers, agree responses and any future actions

 

  1. To receive correspondence from Waller and Hart Solicitors regarding the proposed play area at Park Bottom, agree whether to sign the plan and any future actions

 

  1. To consider purchasing a camera for Council use during events etc and agree any future actions (Cllr Mrs Roberts to report)

 

  1. To receive correspondence from Cornwall Council on smoke free parks, to receive recommendations from the Community Liaison Committee, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

 

  1. To consider concerns regarding traffic issues at Paynters Lane End and agree any future actions (Cllr Holmes to report)

 

  1. To consider any correspondence up to the date of the meeting and agree responses and any actions (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)

 

  1. To receive a report from the Clerk including Health and Safety, agree future actions and any associated expenditure

 

  1. To receive an update on The Glebe Field and agree any future actions

 

  1. To receive reports from the following outside bodies:

  2. Representatives to outside organisations
  3. Illogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan Steering Group
