Illogan Parish Council Community Room is now available for hire by individuals, businesses, charities and community groups on a one-off or ongoing basis.

The Community Room is a large, modern hall that can accommodate up to 60 people. We have 12 tables and 60 chairs for use with the hall hire.
There is a small kitchen with a kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave and countertop oven. Cups, Plates, Bowls, Glasses and Cutlery are included. This is available for an additional fee.
We also have a TV Screen available to hire for an additional fee and damage deposit.
Access
There is a small car park on site outside the building, including 2 disabled parking spaces. There is also parking available by the changing rooms at the other side of Illogan Park and on street parking.
The whole building is accessible and wheelchair friendly, including a disabled toilet with baby changing facilities. The Community Room also benefits from a hearing loop.
Fees
Room Hire: £25 per hour
Kitchen Hire: £5 per hour
TV Screen Hire : £5 per hour (additional £50 refundable damage deposit)
There is a £10 deposit per booking – this comes off your total amount. There is also a £50 refundable damage deposit for each booking.
If the booking is after 4pm or at weekends there is an additional fee of £25 per booking.
