To receive correspondence from the Cornwall Council Planning Officer regarding the 5-day protocol for planning application PA25/09670 at Dormy House\, Halgoss\, Tehidy\, for the extension and alteration of the dwelling and the construction of a new detached domestic garage; and to decide whether to: agree with the Planning Officer’s recommendation\, agree to disagree\, or uphold the Parish Council’s objection to the proposal contrary to the Planning Officer’s recommendation and request that the application be referred to the Cornwall Council Planning Committee for consideration.\n9. To note planning decisions received from Cornwall Council and Planning Appeal Decisions received from the Planning Inspectorate\n10. To receive correspondence requesting permission for a small fun dog show to be held in Illogan Park in collaboration with Illogan Food and Craft Market and agree any future actions\n11. To receive correspondence regarding highway safety issues on Bassett Road and the surrounding roads\, agree a response and any future actions\n12. To receive correspondence regarding street naming an area of Tolvaddon Business Park\, and agree any future actions\n13. To receive the Local Maintenance Partnership (LMP)\,agree whether to sign the acceptance letter and any future actions\n14. To receive correspondence relating to Neighbourhood Priority Statements (NPS)\, determine whether the Council wishes to be notified as Neighbourhood Priority Statements (NPS) are submitted across Cornwall and agree any future actions\n15. To receive the consultation on the Chief Planning Officer Advice Note: Homes for All: Guidance for Inclusive Housing Delivery\, consider a response and any future action\n16. To receive the consultation on the Chief Planning Officer Advice Note: Build to Rent Discussion Paper for All: Guidance for Inclusive Housing Delivery\, consider a response and any future action\n17. To receive correspondence from Cornwall Council regarding initiatives to increase recycling rates\, consider collaborating with them to develop a project for this area and agree on any future actions.\n18.
