To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of this Committee held on the 8th and 15th January 2025 and the Chairman to sign them. \n6. To discuss planning applications received from Cornwall Council and agree statutory consultee comments to return to Cornwall Council Planning Department (Reporting Councillor – Cllr Ekinsmyth) \ni. To ratify the Council’s response to the Cornwall Council 5-day planning protocol for PA24/08309 – Land at Feldspar Lane\, Tolvaddon – Erection of 7 dwellings and associated works – that Illogan Parish Council agrees with the recommendation of the Planning Officer \n11. To ratify the Council’s response to the Cornwall Council 5-day planning protocol for PA24/068664 – The Fogou\, Marys Well\, Tehidy – Construction of replacement garage and associated works – that Illogan Parish Council agrees with the recommendation of the Planning Officer \n12. To receive the Cornwall Council Cornwall Interim Policy Position Statement Consultation\, agree a response and any future actions \n13. To receive the reports on the Football and Rugby Pitch\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure \n14. To receive correspondence up to the date of the meeting\, agree any appropriate responses and any future actions \n15. To note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure \n16. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings \n17.
