DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Community Events Committee will be held on Monday 6th February 2023 at 7.00pmin Illogan Parish Council Community Office\, Trevelyan Road\, Illogan\, TR16 4RG \nMembers of the public are invited to attend. \nSafety procedures. \nAGENDA \n1. To receive apologies for absence \n2. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25 \n3. To consider applications from members for dispensations \n4. Public Participation (Maximum of 15 minutes – Every speaker has a limit of 3 minutes under Council Standing Orders) \n5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meeting of the Community Events Committee held on the 16th February 2023 and the Chairman to sign them \n6. Matters arising from the Minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only \n7. To appoint a Vice-Chair for the Community Events Committee for the remainder of the 2022/2023 municipal year \n8. To receive an update on the Events budget\, and agree any future actions (to be tabled at the meeting) \n9. To confirm the donation amount to be paid to Maids of Melody and Illogan Community Choir for the Christmas Lights Switch On Events and agree any future actions \n10. To agree working groups for the all the events to be held in 2023 and agree any future actions \n11. To discuss a commemorative item to mark the Coronation of King Charles\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure \n12. To set the date for the 2023 Christmas Lights Switch On Events and agree entertainers to book and any future actions \n13. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings \n14.
