DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Community Liaison Committee Meeting (formerly named the Events Committee) will be held on Monday 12th October 2015 at 7. 00pm in the Council Office\, Unit 2 Wheal Agar\, Tolvaddon Energy Park\, Tolvaddon\, Camborne \n  \nMembers of the public are invited to attend. \n  \nSafety procedures. \n  \nAGENDA\n  \n\nTo receive apologies for absence\n\n  \n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\n\n  \n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n  \n\nPublic Participation (Maximum of 15 minutes – Every speaker has a limit of 3 minutes under Council Standing Orders)\n\n  \nTo receive and approve the minutes of the meeting of the Community Liaison Committee \n\nMatters arising from the Minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only\n\n  \n\nTo receive an update on the Events budget\, and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo receive an update from the Clerk and consider the arrangements for the 2015 Illogan Christmas Lights Switch On Event\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n  \n\nTo receive an update from the Clerk and consider the arrangements for the 2015 Park Bottom Christmas Lights Switch On\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n  \n\nTo consider who will act as Father Christmas and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo consider the PA system for the Christmas Lights Switch On Events\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n  \n\nTo receive a list of organisations in the Parish; to receive and approve the draft introductory letter and agree where the letter should be distributed and agree any future actions\nheld on the 7th September 2015 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n  \n\nTo consider items to be discussed at future meetings\n\n  \n\nDate and time of next meeting\n\nMonday 12th October\, 7pm in The Council Office \n  \n\nThat under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act the Press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed\n\n  \n\nTo receive quotes for Christmas trees\, agree where to purchase and agree the associated expenditure\n\n  \n  \nGiven under my hand this day Wednesday 5th October 2015 \n  \nSarah Willsher \nClerk to the Council \n  \nMembers of Committee:  Cllr Mrs Loxton (Chairman)\, Cllr Holmes (Vice Chairman)\, Ms Cadby\, Cllr Pavey\, Cllr Miss Pollock\, Cllr Mrs Roberts\, Mr D Dolling (RBL) and Ms S Prouse (Illogan School)
