DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Community Liaison Committee will be held on Monday 14th March 2022 at 7.00pm in The Old School Centre\, Nance Lane\, Illogan \nMembers of the public are invited to attend. \nSafety procedures. \nAGENDA\n\nTo receive apologies for absence\n\n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\n\n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n\nPublic Participation (Maximum of 15 minutes – Every speaker has a limit of 3 minutes under Council Standing Orders)\n\n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the meeting of the Community Liaison Committee held on the 7th February 2022 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n\nMatters arising from the Minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only\n\n\nTo consider co-opting Mrs A Edwards onto this Committee for the remainder of the municipal year and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo receive an update on the Events budget\, and agree any future actions (to be tabled at the meeting)\n\n\nTo consider how to make the noticeboards stand out for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee\n\n\nTo consider hosting an event for the elderly\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n\nTo consider bringing back Illogan Feast and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo review the name of this Committee and make recommendations to the Annual Council Meeting to be held in May 2022\n\n\nTo consider items to be discussed at future meetings\n\n\nDate and time of next meeting\n\n\nThat under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed\n\n\nTo receive costings for benches and planters to commemorate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\nGiven under my hand this day Monday 7th March 2022 \nSarah Willsher \nClerk to the Council \nMembers of Committee:  Cllr Pavey (Chairman)\, Crabtree (Vice Chairman)\, Cllr Cullimore\, Cllr Jobson\, Mr D Dolling (RBL) and Representative from Illogan School
