DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Community Liaison Committee Meeting (formerly named the Events Committee) will be held on Monday 20th July 2015 at 7. 00pm in the Council Office\, Unit 2 Wheal Agar\, Tolvaddon Energy Park\, Tolvaddon\, Camborne \n  \nMembers of the public are invited to attend. \n  \nSafety procedures. \n  \nAGENDA\n  \n\nTo elect a Chairman for the municipal year 2015/16\n\n  \n\nTo receive apologies for absence\n\n  \n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\n\n  \n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n  \n\nPublic Participation (Maximum of 15 minutes – Every speaker has a limit of 3 minutes under Council Standing Orders)\n\n  \n\nTo appoint a Vice Chairman for the municipal year 2015/16\n\n  \n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the meeting of the Events Committee held on the 9th March 2015 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n  \n\nMatters arising from the Minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only\n\n  \n\nTo receive an update on the Events budget\, and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo consider objectives for the year and make recommendations to Full Council\n\n  \n\nTo consider the arrangements for the 2015 Illogan Christmas Lights Switch On Event\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n  \n\nTo consider the arrangements for the 2015 Park Bottom Christmas Lights Switch On\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n  \n\nTo receive a letter from Waller & Hart Solicitors to request for Illogan Park Council to consent to take the transfer of the proposed allotment land at Park Bottom\, Illogan agree how to consult and discuss the proposals with interested parties and the public; consider the draft terms and conditions that the Council would want and make recommendations to Full Council (deferred from Full Council 17.06.15\, minute No – FC15/06/23.2)\n\n  \n\nTo consider items to be discussed at future meetings\n\n  \n\nDate and time of next meeting\n\n  \nGiven under my hand this day Tuesday 14th July 2015 \n  \nSarah Willsher \nClerk to the Council \n  \nMembers of Committee:  Cllr Ms Cadby\, Cllr Holmes\, Cllr Mrs Loxton\, Cllr Pavey\, Cllr Miss Pollock\, Cllr Mrs Roberts\, Mr D Dolling (RBL) and Ms S Prouse (Illogan School)
