DESCRIPTION:I hereby summon you to an Extra Ordinary Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 31st January 2018 at 7.00 pm at the Penwartha Hall\, Voguebeloth\, Illogan \nMembers of the public are invited to attend. \nAGENDA\n\nSafety Procedures\n\n\nChairman’s Welcome and Apologies\n\n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\n\n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n\nPublic participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council standing Orders)\n\n\nTo receive the draft Illogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan\, note any comments and approve the document for pre-submission consultation\n\n\nTo receive information on Neighbourhood Planning Pre-Submission Consultation and note any future actions\n\n\nTo agree to submit a copy of the draft Illogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan Proposal to Cornwall Council as the Local Planning Authority\n\n\nTo agree the start date for the six-week Illogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan Pre-Submission Consultation\n\n\nTo agree where the Illogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Pre-Submission Consultation will be advertised\n\n\nTo agree when and where the draft Illogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan can be viewed\n\n\nTo agree the Illogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan Steering Groups email wording to send out to local businesses and other consultation bodies\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n\nTo agree how to collate the responses at the end of the six-week pre-submission consultation\, agree how any necessary amendments will be made based on the evidence received and agree any future actions\n\n\nDate & time of next meeting:\n\nWednesday 21st February 2018\, 7pm in Penwartha Hall. \nGiven under my hand this day Wednesday 25th January 2018. \nSarah Willsher \nClerk to the Council
