DESCRIPTION:I hereby summon you to a meeting of the Finance and Resources Committee of Illogan Parish Council to be held at 7pm on Wednesday 13th October 2021 in The Old School Centre\, Nance Lane\, Illogan  \nMembers of the public are invited to attend \nSafety Procedures  \nAGENDA \n\nTo receive apologies for absence\n\n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\n\n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n\nPublic Participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council Standing Orders)\n\n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of the Finance and Resources Committee held on the 14th July 2021 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n\nMatters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only\n\n\nTo review the actual income and expenditure from the 1st April 2021 until the 30th September 2021\, compare the actual income and expenditure with the budgets for the 2021 – 2022 fiscal year and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo receive the forecast expenditure from the 1st October 2021 until the 31st March 2022 and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo receive the 1st draft budget for the 2022/2023 financial year and agree any future actions\n\n\nDate and time of next meeting\n\nWednesday 10th November 2021\, 7pm in The Old School Centre \n\nThat under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and the public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed\n\n\nTo receive a report on a recent invoicing query and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo review scrutiny procedures for contractors’ details and invoicing etc and agree any future actions\n\nGiven under my hand this day Wednesday 6th October 2021 \nSarah Willsher \nClerk to the Council \nMembers of Committee: Cllrs Pavey (Chairman)\, Ford (Vice Chairman)\, Crabtree\, Ekinsmyth and Mrs Thompson.
