DESCRIPTION:I hereby summon you to a meeting of the Finance and Resources Committee of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 10th November 2021\, 7pm in The Old School Centre\, Nance Lane\, Illogan \n  \nMembers of the public are invited to attend. \n  \nSafety Procedures \n  \nAGENDA \n  \n\nTo receive apologies for absence\n\n  \n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\n\n  \n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n  \n\nPublic Participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council Standing Orders)\n\n  \n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of the Finance and Resources Committee held on the 13th October 2021 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n  \n\nMatters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only\n\n  \n\nTo review the actual income and expenditure from the 1st April 2021 until the 31st October 2021 and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo review the forecast income and expenditure from the 1st November 2021 until the 31st March 2022 and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo compare the total forecast income and expenditure with the budgets for the 2021 – 2022 fiscal year and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo receive the draft budget for the 2022/2023 financial year\, agree any future actions and a recommendation to Full Council\n\n  \n\nTo recommend to Full Council the precept for 2022/2023\n\n  \n\nTo receive the Barclays annual price plan review and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nDate and time of next meeting\n\n  \nGiven under my hand this day 3rd November 2021 \n  \nSarah Willsher \nClerk to the Council \n  \nMembers of Committee: Cllrs Pavey (Chairman)\, Crabtree\, Ekinsmyth\, Ford and Mrs Thompson. \n
