SUMMARY:Finance and Resources Committee Meeting
DESCRIPTION:I hereby summon you to a meeting of the Finance and Resources Committee of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 11th October 2020 at 7pm via Microsoft Teams.  \nMembers of the public are invited to attend. \nThis will be a ‘virtual’ meeting with remote attendance by Councillors and remote access of press and public and will be held in accordance with the provisions of The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020. \nMembers of the press and public are entitled to attend this virtual meeting and participate during public participation.  To join the meeting please see below for joining instructions: \nJoining Information and Instructions  \nFor anyone joining Illogan Parish Council’s virtual meeting we are offering a number of ways to join the meeting. \nOur recommendation is that you participate via the link provided so tickets raised since the last meeting with the Council’s IT provider and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo receive the report on the actual underspends and overspends versus the budgets for the 2019/2020 financial year\n\n\nTo review the actual income and expenditure from the 1st April 2020 until the 30th October 2020 and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo review the forecast income and expenditure from the 1st November 2020 until the 31st March 2021 and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo compare the total forecast income and expenditure with the budgets for the 2020 – 2021 fiscal year and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo receive the draft budget for the 2020/2021 financial year\, agree any future actions and a recommendation to Full Council\n\n\nTo recommend to Full Council the
