DESCRIPTION:I hereby summon you to a Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 17th January 2024 at 7.00 pm at Illogan Parish Council Community Office\, Trevelyan Road\, Illogan\, TR16 4RG \nMembers of the press and public are invited to attend. \nAGENDA\n\nSafety Procedures\nChairman’s Welcome and Apologies\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\nPublic participation\nChairman’s Announcements\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the Full Council Meeting held on the 13th December 2023 and the Chairman to sign them\nMatters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only\nTo receive the Delegated Decisions Register since the last meetings\, ratify all decisions made and agree any future actions\nTo receive reports on the payments\, receipts and bank reconciliation for the month of December 2023 and agree any future actions\nTo authorise payment of accounts for the month of January 2024 and agree any future actions (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)\nTo consider the grant application received from Illogan Community Choir\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\nTo receive correspondence from Cornwall Council regarding the potential removal kissing gate on the unofficial path from the corner entrance of Illogan Park\, and agree any future actions\nTo receive and consider the recommendations from the Committees Task and Finish Group\, and agree any future actions\nTo receive a recommendation from the Planning and Environmental Services Committee that the Council take on green spaces within the parish and agree any future actions\nTo consider Cllr Desmonde’s request for support to secure the Cornwall Council offices at Dolcoath Road\, Camborne and agree any future actions\nTo consider drawing an overall plan for Illogan Park\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\nTo review the Ray Uren Award and agree any future actions\nTo receive a report on a Community Junior Netball project\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\nTo consider management\, maintenance and future developments in Illogan Park and other parish facilities\, agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure\nTo receive a report from the Clerk including Health and Safety\, agree future actions and any associated expenditure\nTo receive correspondence from the 13th December 2023 until the 9th January 2024\, agree any appropriate responses and any future actions\nTo receive reports from the Cornwall Councillors\nTo receive a 2-minute update from committee chairmen and note the minutes of the following committee meetings held since 21st November 2023\ni.
