Safety Procedures \n2. Chairman’s Welcome \n3. To receive and approve apologies for absence and agree any future actions \n4. To receive Pre-Disposition\, and Pre-Determination training delivered by the Clerk \n5. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25 \n6. To consider applications from members for dispensations \n7. Public participation \n8. Chairman’s Announcements \n9. To receive and approve the minutes of the Full Council Meeting held on the 19th June 2024 and the Chairman to sign them \n10. To receive reports on the payments\, receipts and bank reconciliation for the month of June 2024 and agree any future actions \n13. To receive a 2-minute update from committee chairmen and note the minutes of the following committee meetings held since 6th June 2024: \ni. To receive a 2-minute update from the Council Representative on outside bodies including the Police Liaison Committee and on Cllrs who have attended training courses or conferences \n26.
