DESCRIPTION:I hereby summon you to a Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 19th March 2025 at 7.00 pm at Illogan Parish Council Community Office\, Trevelyan Road\, Illogan\, TR16 4RG \nMembers of the press and public are invited to attend. \nAGENDA \n1. Safety Procedures \n2. Chairman’s Welcome \n3. To receive and approve apologies for absence and agree any future actions \n4. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25 \n5. To consider applications from members for dispensations \n6. To receive information on the election procedure for information only \n7. Public participation \n8. Chairman’s Announcements \n9. To receive and approve the minutes of the Full Council Meeting held on the 19th February 2025 and the Chairman to sign them \n10. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only \n11. To receive and approve the minutes of the Strengthening Standards Consultation Task and Finish Group held on the 25th February 2025 and the Chairman to sign them \n12. To receive the Delegated Decisions Register since the last meetings\, ratify all decisions made and agree any future actions \n13. To receive reports on the payments\, receipts and bank reconciliation for the month of February 2025 and agree any future actions \n14. To ratify the Barclaycard payments for the month of February and agree any future actions \n15. To authorise payment of accounts for the month of March 2025 and agree any future actions (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting) \n16. To receive and approve the quarterly investment strategy report and agree any future actions \n17. To agree the date of the Annual Council Meeting and agree any future actions \n18. To consider management\, maintenance and future developments in Illogan Park and other parish facilities\, agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure \n19. To receive a report from the Clerk including Health and Safety\, agree future actions and any associated expenditure \n20. To receive correspondence from the 12th February 2025 until the 11th March 2025\, agree any appropriate responses and any future actions: \ni. The Old School Centre – requesting support for their funding application to renovate the 2nd World War Air Raid Shelter \n21. To receive reports from the Cornwall Councillors \n22. To receive a 2-minute update from committee chairmen and note the minutes of the following committee meetings held since the 12th February 2025: \ni. Climate\, Environment and Planning Committee – 19th February and 5th March 2025\nii. Community Events Committee – 11th March 2025 \n23. To receive a 2-minute update from the Council Representative on outside bodies including the Police Liaison Committee and on Cllrs who have attended training courses or conferences \n24. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings; agree where to discuss and timescales \n25. Date & time of next meeting: \nWednesday 16th April 2025\, 7pm in Illogan Parish Council Community Office. \n26. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed \n27. To receive additional information regarding the timber on the covered shelters\, and agree any future actions \n28. To receive a report and quotes for additional seating for Illogan Parish Council Community Room\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure \n29. To receive quotes to replace the bus shelter near the junction of Polwheal Road\, Tolvaddon\, agree submission of the grant application to Cornwall Council\, any future actions and any associated expenditure \n30.
