DESCRIPTION:I hereby summon you to a Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 19th June 2019 at 7.00 pm at the Penwartha Hall\, Voguebeloth\, Illogan \n  \nMembers of the public are invited to attend. \n  \nAGENDA\n  \n\nSafety Procedures\n\n  \n\nChairman’s Welcome and Apologies\n\n  \n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\n\n  \n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n  \n\nPublic participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council standing Orders)\n\n  \n\nChairman’s Announcements\n\n  \n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the Annual Council Meeting held on the 15th May 2019 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n  \n\nMatters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only\n\n  \n\nTo receive an update on The Glebe Field and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo receive reports on the payments\, receipts and bank reconciliation for the month of May 2019 and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo authorise payment of accounts for the month of June 2019 and agree any future actions (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)\n\n  \n\nTo discuss Illogan Park with representatives from the Illogan Park RFC Committee and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo receive the Illogan Park Annual Play Inspection and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo receive a report from the Clerk on the trimming of the land to Illogan Park\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n  \n\nTo consider management\, maintenance and future developments in Illogan Park and other parish facilities\, agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure\n\n  \n\nTo appoint 3 Cllrs to consider\, agree and edit articles to be included in the Illogan Review and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo receive the recommendation from the Governance Review Committee “that when agendas are being set that items that are likely to receive comments from the public or are controversial should be at the beginning of agendas not the end” and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo receive the response from Cornwall Council to the request for a Housing Needs Survey and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo receive the response from Cornwall Council regarding the letter sent about the appeal decision for Land Adjacent to Harmony Terrace and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo receive the Communities and Devolution Bulletin about the Community Governance Review\, complete the submission form and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo receive responses from Illogan Village Hall\, McColl’s and Tehidy Café to the letters sent regarding defibrillators and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo receive correspondence up to the date of the meeting for information only (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)\n\n  \n\nTo receive a report from the Clerk including Health and Safety\, agree future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n  \n\nTo note the minutes of the following committee meetings held since the last Full Council meeting:\n\n  \n\nAnnual Parish Meeting – 15th May 2019\nPlanning and Environmental Services Committee – 22nd May 2019\n\n\nPlanning and Environmental Services Committee – 5th June 2019\n\n  \n\nTo receive reports from the following outside bodies:\n\n  \n\nPolice\nRepresentatives to outside organisations\nIllogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan Steering Group\nCornwall Councillors\n\n  \n\nTo consider items to be discussed at future meetings; agree where to discuss and timescales\n\n  \n\nDate & time of next meeting:\n\n  \nWednesday 17th July 2019\, 7pm in Penwartha Hall \n  \n\nThat under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed\n\n  \n\nTo receive applications for the vacant position of Councillor for the Tehidy Ward and interview the candidates and consider any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo re-admit members of the press and public\n\n  \n\nTo co-opt up to a Councillor to represent the Tehidy Ward\n\n  \nGiven under my hand this day Wednesday 12th June 2019. \n  \nSarah Willsher \nClerk to the Council
