DESCRIPTION:I hereby summon you to a Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 17th July 2019 at 7.00 pm at the Penwartha Hall\, Voguebeloth\, Illogan \nMembers of the public are invited to attend. \nAGENDA\n\nSafety Procedures\n\n\nChairman’s Welcome and Apologies\n\n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\n\n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n\nPublic participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council standing Orders)\n\n\nChairman’s Announcements\n\n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the Full Council Meeting held on the 19th June 2019 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n\nMatters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only\n\n\nTo receive reports on the payments\, receipts and bank reconciliation for the month of June 2019 and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo authorise payment of accounts for the month of July 2019 and agree any future actions (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)\n\n\nTo receive an update on The Glebe Field and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo receive a report from the Illogan Park Project Task and Finish Group on their meeting with the Project Managers\, receive correspondence on plans for the Park and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo receive a report from the Illogan Park Project Task and Finish Group on the comments from the Rugby Club re the showers and sponsor boards and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo consider management\, maintenance and future developments in Illogan Park and other parish facilities\, agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure\n\n\nTo receive the recommendation from the Illogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan Steering Group that the Council reviews the Illogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan annually alongside the Cornwall Council housing report and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo receive the Cornwall Council Polling District and Polling Places Review Stage 2 Consultation and agree a response and any future actions\n\n\nTo appoint members to the Manningham Wood Management Task and Finish Group\n\n\nTo appoint members to the Speed Signs Task and Finish Group\n\n\nTo receive correspondence from Cornwall AONB regarding Carvannel Cliff Castle and Tehidy Round\, agree a response and any future actions\n\n\nTo receive correspondence up to the date of the meeting for information only (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)\n\n\nTo receive a report from the Clerk including Health and Safety\, agree future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n\nTo note the minutes of the following committee meetings held since the last Full Council meeting:\n\n\nPlanning and Environmental Services Committee – 19th June 2019\nGovernance Review Committee – 26th June 2019\nCommunity Liaison Committee – 1st July 2019\nPlanning and Environmental Services Committee – 3rd July 2019\n\n\nTo receive reports from the following outside bodies:\n\n\nPolice\nRepresentatives to outside organisations\nCornwall Councillors\n\n\nTo consider items to be discussed at future meetings; agree where to discuss and timescales\n\n\nDate & time of next meeting:\n\nWednesday 21st August 2019\, 7pm in Penwartha Hall. \n\nThat under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed\n\n\nTo receive applications for the vacant position of Councillor for the Tehidy Ward and interview the candidates and consider any future actions\n\n\nTo re-admit members of the press and public\n\n\nTo co-opt up to a Councillor to represent the Tehidy Ward\n\nGiven under my hand this day Wednesday 10th July 2019. \nSarah Willsher \nClerk to the Council
