DESCRIPTION:I hereby summon you to a Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 19th February 2020 at 7.00 pm at the Penwartha Hall\, Voguebeloth\, Illogan \nMembers of the public are invited to attend. \nAGENDA\n1. Safety Procedures \n2. Chairman’s Welcome and Apologies \n3. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25 \n4. To consider applications from members for dispensations \n5. Public participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council standing Orders) \n6. Chairman’s Announcements \n7. To receive and approve the minutes of the Full Council Meeting held on the 22nd January 2020 and the Chairman to sign them \n8. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only \n9. To receive reports on the payments\, receipts and bank reconciliation for the month of January 2020 \n10. To authorise payment of accounts for the month of February (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting) \n11. To consider an email dated 30th January from Coastline Housing re Development at Church Road\, Illogan \n12. To consider management\, maintenance and future developments in Illogan Park and other parish facilities\, agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure \n13. To consider adopting the general power of competence \n14. To note and to respond to the draft recommendations of Cornwall Council Electoral Review Panel \n15. Consultation Cornwall Council re Design Guide and Streetscape Design Guide (ends 2nd March 2020) – details available at the Parish office or at https://www.cornwall.gov.uk/environment-and-planning/planning \n16. To arrange meetings of the Speed Signs Task and Finish Group and The Manningham Woods Task and Finish Group (please bring your diaries with you) \n17. VE Day Celebrations – to consider whether to organise a celebration\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure \n18. To consider a quote for the repair of the multi-play unit at Illogan Park \n19. To receive correspondence up to the date of the meeting for information only (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting) \n20. To receive a report from the Clerk including Health and Safety\, agree future actions and any associated expenditure \n21. To receive a 2-minute update from Committee Chairman and note the minutes of the following committee meetings held since the last Full Council meeting and to consider adopting any resolutions: \ni.
