DESCRIPTION:I hereby summon you to a meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 17th June 2015 at 7.00 pm at the Penwartha Hall\, Voguebeloth\, Illogan \n  \nMembers of the public are invited to attend. \n  \nAGENDA\n  \n\nSafety Procedures\n\n  \n\nChairman’s Welcome and Apologies\n\n  \n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\n\n  \n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n  \n\nPublic Participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council standing Orders)\n\n  \n\nChairman’s Announcements\n\n  \n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the Full Council Meeting held on the 20th May 2015 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n  \n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on the 21st May 2014 and the Chairman to sign them (deferred from the Annual Parish Meeting)\n\n  \n\nMatters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only\n\n  \n\nTo note the minutes of the following committee meetings held since the last Full Council meeting:\n\n  \n\nAnnual Parish Meeting 20th May 2015\nPlanning and Environmental Services Committee 20th May 2015\nPlanning and Environmental Services Committee 3rd June 2015\n\n  \n\nTo receive reports on the payments\, receipts and bank reconciliation for the month of May 2015\n\n  \n\nTo authorise payment of accounts for the month of June 2015 (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)\n\n  \n\nTo receive the report and recommendations from Cllrs Mrs Loxton\, Holmes\, Miss Pollock and Mrs Thompson regarding the Committee Structure for the Council and agree the Committee Structure for the Council\n\n  \n\nTo appoint members to the Committees and appoint the Chairman for each Committee\n\n  \n\nTo consider setting clear objectives and tasks for the Council for the year and agree how to review progress throughout the year\n\n  \n\nTo receive correspondence regarding the renewal of the lease for Unit 2 Wheal Agar and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n  \n\nTo receive correspondence regarding the Funding Agreement from Cornwall Council for Illogan Park and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo receive a letter from Waller & Hart Solicitors to request for Illogan Parish Council to consent to take the Transfer of the Proposed Allotment Land at Park Bottom\, Illogan\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n  \n\nTo receive the grant application for Camborne Youth Band (LGA 1972 S.137) and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo consider an event to celebrate the transfer of Illogan Park to Illogan Parish Council and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo consider enquiring with Cornwall Council regarding S106 monies and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo consider any correspondence up to the date of the meeting and agree responses and actions(up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)\n\n  \n\nTo receive a report from the Clerk including Health and Safety\, agree future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n  \n\nTo receive reports from the following outside bodies:\n\n  \n\nPolice\nRepresentatives to outside organisations\nCornwall Councillors\n\n  \n\nTo consider items to be discussed at future meetings; agree where to discuss and timescales\n\n  \n\nDate & time of next meeting:\n\n  \nWednesday 20th May 2015\, 7pm in Penwartha Hall. \n  \n\nThat under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act the Press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed.\n\n  \n\nTo receive quotes for t-shirts for Illogan Parish Fair\, agree where to purchase the t-shirts and approve the associated expenditure\n\n  \n  \nGiven under my hand this day Wednesday 10th June 2015. \n  \n  \nSarah Willsher \nClerk to the Council
