DESCRIPTION:I hereby summon you to a Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday September 15th at 7.00 pm at The Old School Centre\, Illogan \n  \n  \nMembers of the press and public are invited to attend. \n  \nAGENDA\n  \n\nSafety Procedures\n\n  \n\nChairman’s Welcome and Apologies\n\n  \n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\n\n  \n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n  \n\nPublic participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council standing Orders)\n\n  \n\nChairman’s Announcements\n\n  \n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the Full Council Meeting held on the 18th August 2021 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n  \n\nMatters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only\n\n  \n\nTo receive the Delegated Decisions Register since the last meetings\, ratify all decisions made and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo receive reports on the payments\, receipts and bank reconciliation for the month of August 2021.\n\n  \n\nTo authorise payment of accounts for the month of September 2021 (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)\n\n  \n\nTo consider management\, maintenance and future developments in Illogan Park and other parish facilities\, agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure\n\n  \ni.Changing Room Refurbishment \nii. Play Area Maintenance and Inspections \niii.Replacement Toilet Block \niv. Parish Council Office and Car Park Development \nv. Public Space Protection Order \nvi. Purchase of Additional Goalposts \n  \n\nTo agree to apply for a reduction in the speed limit within the whole parish from 30 mph to\n\n20 mph. \n  \n\nTo receive correspondence from the 19th August 2021 until the 8th September 2021\, agree\n\nany appropriate responses and any future action \n  \n\nTo receive reports from the Cornwall Councillors (providing they are received in writing\n\nprior to the agenda being circulated) \n  \n\nTo consider items to be discussed at future meetings; agree where to discuss and\n\ntimescales \n  \n\nDate & time of next meeting:\n\n  \nWednesday 20th October\, 7pm at a venue to be arranged. \n  \n\nThat under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are\n\nexcluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed. \n  \n\nTo receive the GDPR Data Protection Act Fee Renewal and to agree any future actions and\n\nany associated expenditure. \n  \n\nTo receive a quote to trim the vegetation in front of the service gate at Illogan Park and to\n\nreduce the large Buddleia in height (as agreed with the neighbouring property owner)\,agree \nany future actions and any associated expenditure. \n  \n\nTo receive an additional premium quote for the increase in insurance cover for the changing\n\nrooms following refurbishment. \n  \n  \nGiven under my hand this day Wednesday 8th September 2021. \n  \nA Edwards \n  \nAnne Edwards \nAdministration Assistant to the Council
