DESCRIPTION:I hereby summon you to a Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 17th November 2021 at 7.00 pm at The Old School Centre\, Nance Lane\, Illogan \n  \nMembers of the press and public are invited to attend. \n  \nAGENDA\n  \n\nSafety Procedures\n\n  \n\nChairman’s Welcome and Apologies\n\n  \n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\n\n  \n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n  \n\nPublic participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council standing Orders)\n\n  \n\nChairman’s Announcements\n\n  \n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the Full Council Meeting held on the 20th October 2021 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n  \n\nMatters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only\n\n  \n\nTo receive the Delegated Decisions Register since the last meetings\, ratify all decisions made and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo receive reports on the payments\, receipts and bank reconciliation for the month of October 2021 and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo authorise payment of accounts for the month of November 2021 and agree any future actions (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)\n\n  \n\nTo review the Parish Office project and parish office accommodation\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n  \n\nTo consider management\, maintenance and future developments in Illogan Park and other parish facilities\, agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure\n\n  \n\nTo receive an update on planning application PA21/07502Land South West Of\n\n4 The Meadow Illogan and approve any associated expenditure. \n  \n\nTo receive correspondence from the 14.10.2021 until the 09.11.2021\, agree any appropriate responses and any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo receive a 2-minute update from committee chairmen and note the minutes of the following committee meetings held since 14th October 2021.\n\n  \n\nPlanning & Environmental Committee – 20.10.2021 and 03.11.2021\nCommunity Liaison Committee – 25.10.2021. and 08.11.2021\n\n\nStaffing Committee Meeting – 10.11.2021\n\n\nFinance & Resources Committee Meeting – 10.11.2021\,\n\n  \nincluding a report from the council representative on the Police Liaison Committee \nand from representatives on any other outside bodies \n  \n\nTo appoint two members to the Planning & Environmental Committees for the remainder of the 2021/2022 municipal year and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo receive reports from the Cornwall Councillors\n\n  \n\nTo consider items to be discussed at future meetings; agree where to discuss and\n\ntimescales \n  \n\nDate & time of next meeting:\n\n  \nWednesday 15th December 2021\, 7pm in The Old School Centre\, Nance Lane\, Illogan. \n  \n\nThat under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed\n\n  \n\nTo receive applications for the vacant position of Councillor for the Illogan Ward and interview the candidates and consider any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo re-admit members of the press and public\n\n  \n\nTo co-opt up a Councillor to represent the Illogan Ward and co-opted Councillor to sign the Declaration of Acceptance of Office\, to be witnessed by the Clerk\n\n  \n\nTo receive quotes to undertake identified High Priority Management Works and Low\n\nPriority Tree Safety Works in Manningham Woods\, agree any future actions and any   associated expenditure \n  \n\nTo review the existing temporary office accommodation\, agree any future actions\n\nand any associated expenditure. \n  \n  \nGiven under my hand this day Wednesday 10th November 2021 \n  \nA Edwards \n  \nA Edwards\, Administration Assistant to the Council
