DESCRIPTION:I hereby summon you to a Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 16th March 2022 at 7.00 pm at The Old School Centre\, Nance Lane\, Illogan \nMembers of the press and public are invited to attend. \nAGENDA\n\nSafety Procedures\n\n\nChairman’s Welcome and Apologies\n\n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\n\n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n\nPublic participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council standing Orders)\n\n\nChairman’s Announcements\n\n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the Full Council Meeting held on the 16th February 2022 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the Extra Ordinary Full Council Meeting held on the 2nd March 2022 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n\nMatters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only\n\n\nTo receive the Delegated Decisions Register since the last meeting\, ratify all decisions made and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo receive reports on the payments\, receipts and bank reconciliation for the month of February 2022 and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo authorise payment of accounts for the month of March 2022 and agree any future actions (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)\n\n\nTo receive a request from Cllr Ms Kemp to become a member of the Community Liaison\, Finance and Resources\, Governance Review and Projects Committees for the remainder of the municipal year and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo receive a report on the use of the changing facilities at Illogan Park\, issues being experienced and agree remedial and future actions\n\n\nTo consider management\, maintenance and future developments in Illogan Park and other parish facilities\, agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure\n\n\nTo receive a report from the Clerk including Health and Safety\, agree future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n\nTo receive correspondence from the 10th February until the 8th March 2022\, agree any appropriate responses and any future actions\n\n\nTo receive reports from the Cornwall Councillors\n\n\nTo receive a 2-minute update from committee chairmen and note the minutes of the following committee meetings held since 8th February 2022\n\n\nStaffing Committee – 9th February 2022\nPlanning and Environmental Services Committee – 16th February 2022 and 2nd March\nGovernance Review Committee – 23rd February 2022\n\n\nTo receive a 2-minute update from the Council Representative on outside bodies including the Police Liaison Committee and on Cllrs who have attended training courses or conferences\n\n\nTo consider items to be discussed at future meetings; agree where to discuss and timescales\n\n\nDate & time of next meeting:\n\nWednesday 20th April 2022\, 7pm in The Old School Centre\, Nance Lane\, Illogan \n\nThat under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed\n\n\nTo receive a report and quotes for emptying the bins at Spar Lane and Paynters Lane End\, appoint a contractor and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo receive recommendations from the Planning and Environmental Services Committee on the tenders for Footpath and Open Space Maintenance\, appoint a contractor(s) and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n\nTo receive quotes to repair the football goal mouths in Illogan Park\, appoint a contractor\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n\nTo receive quotes to level the surface of the play area at Illogan Park\, appoint a contractor\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\nGiven under my hand this day Wednesday 9th March 2022 \nSarah Willsher\, Clerk to the Council
