DESCRIPTION:I hereby summon you to a Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 20th April 2022 at 7.00 pm in The Old School Centre\, Nance Lane\, Illogan \nMembers of the press and public are invited to attend. \nAGENDA\n\nSafety Procedures\n\n\nChairman’s Welcome and Apologies\n\n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\n\n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n\nTo receive an update from Cornish Metals on their plans to drill around South Crofty mine later in the Spring of 2022 – questions to follow their presentation\n\n\nPublic participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council standing Orders)\n\n\nChairman’s Announcements\n\n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the Full Council Meeting held on the 16th March 2022 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n\nMatters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only\n\n\nTo receive the Delegated Decisions Register since the last meetings\, ratify all decisions made and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo receive reports on the payments\, receipts and bank reconciliation for the month of March 2022 and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo authorise payment of accounts for the month of April 2022 and agree any future actions (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)\nTo consider the grant application form for Citizens Advice Cornwall and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo clarify for the Illogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan Review Steering Group on the expectations and aims from Illogan Parish Council including a definition of what they mean by ‘climate change’ and ‘environment’\, what do the Council want reviewed\, what areas do they want the group to look into in more detail etc and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo receive the Cornwall Council 2022/23 Agreement for the Provision of Legal Services\, agree whether to sign it and any future actions\n\n\nTo receive the Visual Tree Assessment for Illogan Park and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo receive the Legionella Risk Assessment for the Changing Facilities and Public Toilets in Illogan Park\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n\nTo consider management\, maintenance and future developments in Illogan Park and other parish facilities\, agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure\n\n\nTo receive a report from the Clerk including Health and Safety\, agree future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n\nTo receive correspondence from the 9th March 2022 until the 12th April 2022\, agree any appropriate responses and any future actions\n\n\nTo receive reports from the Cornwall Councillors\n\n\nTo receive a 2-minute update from committee chairmen and note the minutes of the following committee meetings held since 10th November 2021.\n\n\nCommunity Liaison Committee – 14th March 2022\nStaffing Committee – 16th March 2022\nPlanning and Environmental Services Committee – 16th March 2022 and 6th April 2022\nGovernance Review Committee – 23rd March 2022\n\n\nTo receive a 2-minute update from the Council Representative on outside bodies including the Police Liaison Committee and on Cllrs who have attended training courses or conferences\n\n\nTo consider items to be discussed at future meetings; agree where to discuss and timescales\n\n\nTo consider items to be discussed at future meetings; agree where to discuss and timescales\n\n\nDate & time of next meeting:\n\nThe Annual Parish Meeting will be held on Wednesday 18th May 2022\, 6.30 pm and the Annual Council Meeting\, 7pm in The Old School Centre\, Nance Lane\, Illogan \n\nThat under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed\n\n\nTo receive and approve the Seasonal Agreements for the Use of the Facilities at Illogan Park and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo agree the fees for the use of the facilities at Illogan Park for the 2022/2023 season and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo receive the quote for tree works in lllogan Park\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\nTo receive tenders for the perimeter path and play area surface\, appoint a contractor and agree any future actions\n\nGiven under my hand this day Monday 11th April 2022 \nSarah Willsher \nClerk to the Council
