DESCRIPTION:I hereby summon you to a Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 15th June 2022 at 7.00 pm in The Old School Centre\, Nance Lane\, Illogan. \nMembers of the press and public are invited to attend. \nAGENDA\n\nSafety Procedures\n\n\nChairman’s Welcome and Apologies\n\n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\n\n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n\nPublic participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council standing Orders)\n\n\nChairman’s Announcements\n\n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on the 18th May 2022\n\n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the Annual Council Meeting held on the 18th May 2022 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n\nMatters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only\n\n\nTo discuss the Jubilee street parties and funding for events with a local resident’s group and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo receive the Delegated Decisions Register since the last meetings\, ratify all decisions made and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo receive reports on the payments\, receipts and bank reconciliation for the month of May 2022 and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo authorise payment of accounts for the month of June 2022 and agree any future actions (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)\n\n\nTo receive the Independent Internal Auditors Report for the financial year ending 31st March 2022 and agree future actions\n\n\nTo complete the Annual Governance Statement for the financial year ending 31st March 2022 and approve the Clerk/RFO and Chairman to sign them\n\n\nTo receive and approve the end of year accounting statements\, explanation of variances and bank reconciliations for the Annual Return for the financial year ending 31st March 2022 and approve the Chairman to sign them\n\n\nTo consider applying to the Lottery Fund for furniture etc for the new Community Room and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo receive a report from Mrs Edwards ‘Identification of Green Areas for Improvement\,’ agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n\nTo consider damaged and missing street signage in the parish and responses received from Cornwall Council and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo review the lease for Manningham Wood and consider requesting the freehold\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n\nTo appoint members to the Parish Plan Review Committee and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo appoint members to edit the Illogan Review and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo consider management\, maintenance and future developments in Illogan Park and other parish facilities\, agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure\n\n\nTo receive a report from the Clerk including Health and Safety\, agree future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n\nTo receive correspondence from the 11th May 2022 until the 7th June 2022\, agree any appropriate responses and any future actions\n\n\nTo receive reports from the Cornwall Councillors\n\n\nTo receive additional information and further consider the grant application from Citizens Advice Bureau\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n\nTo receive a 2-minute update from committee chairmen and note the minutes of the following committee meetings held since 5th May 2022\n\n\nPlanning and Environmental Services Committee – 25th May 2022\n\n\nTo receive a 2-minute update from the Council Representative on outside bodies including the Police Liaison Committee and on Cllrs who have attended training courses or conferences\n\n\nTo consider items to be discussed at future meetings; agree where to discuss and timescales\n\n\nDate & time of next meeting:\n\nWednesday 20th July 2022\, 7pm in The Old School Centre\, Nance Lane\, Illogan. \n\nThat under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed\n\n\nTo receive quotes to repair the damaged hedge in Illogan Park\, appoint a contractor\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n\nTo receive a quote for a defibrillator to be installed in the new office in Illogan Park\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n\nTo receive a quote for remedial works from the Legionella Risk Assessment for the facilities in Illogan Park\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n\nTo receive a quote for ongoing\, regular Legionella management and maintenance\, agree ay future actions and any associated expenditure\n\nGiven under my hand this day Wednesday 8th June 2022 \nSarah Rimell \nClerk to the Council
