DESCRIPTION:I hereby summon you to a Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 17th August 2022 at 7.00 pm in The Old School Centre\, Nance Lane\, Illogan \nMembers of the press and public are invited to attend \nAGENDA\n\nSafety Procedures\n\n\nChairman’s Welcome and Apologies\n\n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\n\n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n\nPublic participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council standing Orders)\n\n\nChairman’s Announcements\n\n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the Full Council Meeting held on the 20th of July 2022 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the Extra Ordinary Full Council Meeting held on the 27th of July 2022 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n\nMatters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only\n\n\nTo receive the Delegated Decision Register since the last meeting\, ratify all decisions made and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo receive reports on the payments\, receipts\, and bank reconciliation for the month of July 2022 and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo authorise payment of accounts for the month of August 2022 and agree any future actions (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)\n\n\nTo consider setting up a Direct Debit for the annual Data Protection Fee and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo consider out of hours contact arrangements for Illogan Park and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo consider security arrangements for the car parking areas in Illogan Park and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo adopt the Standing Orders and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo consider co-opting Cllr Ford onto the Community Events Committee and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo consider requesting Cornwall Council Highways reinstate the white lines from Park Road to Trevelyan Road and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo receive correspondence regarding speeding vehicles entering and leaving Park Bottom and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo receive the Cornwall Council Consultation on the Schedule of Modifications to the Climate Emergency Development Plan Document Submission Document Publication under Regulations 19 and 20 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012\, agree whether and how to respond and any future actions\n\n\nTo receive a progress report from the Parish Plan Review Committee and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo consider management\, maintenance\, and future developments in Illogan Park and other parish facilities\, agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure\n\n\nTo receive a report from the Clerk including Health and Safety\, agree future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n\nTo receive correspondence from the 13th of July 2022 until the 9th of August 2022\, agree any appropriate responses and any future actions\n\n\nTo receive reports from the Cornwall Councillors\n\n\nTo receive a 2-minute update from committee chairs and note the minutes of the following committee meetings held since 12th July 2022\n\n\nCommunity Events Committee – 18th July and 8th August 2022\nFinance and Resources Committee – 13th July 2022\nGovernance Review Committee – 27th July 2022\nParish Plan Review Committee – 25th July 2022\nPlanning and Environmental Services Committee – 20th July and 3rd August 2022\nProjects Committee – 26th July 2022\n\n\nTo receive a 2-minute update from the Council Representative on outside bodies including the Police Liaison Committee and on Cllrs who have attended training courses or conferences\nTo consider items to be discussed at future meetings;
