DESCRIPTION:I hereby summon you to a meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 21st October 2015 at 7.00 pm at the Penwartha Hall\, Voguebeloth\, Illogan \n  \nMembers of the public are invited to attend. \n  \nAGENDA\n  \n\nSafety Procedures\n\n  \n\nChairman’s Welcome and Apologies\n\n  \n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\n\n  \n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n  \n\nPublic Participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council standing Orders)\n\n  \n\nChairman’s Announcements\n\n  \n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the Full Council Meeting held on the 16th September 2015 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n  \n\nMatters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only\n\n  \n\nTo note the minutes of the following committee meetings held since the last Full Council meeting:\n\n\n Governance Review Committee 8th July 2015\nFinance and Resources Committee 9th September 2015\nPlanning and Environmental Services Committee 16th September 2015\nPlanning and Environmental Services Committee 7th October 2015\nCommunity Liaison Committee 12th October 2015\n\n  \n\nTo receive reports on the payments\, receipts and bank reconciliation for the month of September 2015\n\n  \n\nTo authorise payment of accounts for the month of October 2015 (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)\n\n  \n\nTo adopt the draft Standing Orders and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo receive a letter from Waller & Hart Solicitors dated 28th September 2015 in response to the letter sent by this Council dated 21st September 2015\, agree a response and any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo receive the recommendation from the Finance and Resources Committee ‘that a public consultation event is held to identify the objectives for a 3 year financial programme for the Council commencing April 2017’\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n  \n\nTo receive the Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service Plan 2016/19 consultation and agree a response and any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo receive the Cornwall Council Gambling Act 20015\, consultation on the draft revised Statement of Principles and agree a response and any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo receive letters regarding The Mowey and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo discuss the use of the Cornish language and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo discuss missing signs and sign posts and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo consider any correspondence up to the date of the meeting and agree responses and actions(up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)\n\n  \n\nTo receive a report from the Clerk including Health and Safety\, agree future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n  \n\nTo receive reports from the following outside bodies:\n\n\n Police\nRepresentatives to outside organisations\nCornwall Councillors\n\n  \n\nTo consider items to be discussed at future meetings; agree where to discuss and timescales\n\n  \n\nDate & time of next meeting:\n\n  \nWednesday 18th November 2015\, 7pm in Penwartha Hall. \n  \n\nThat under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act the Press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed.\n\n  \n\nTo receive the original tender and recent correspondence from Lavigne Lonsdale and regarding their fees for architectural design work on Illogan Park Improvements and agree any future actions\n\n  \nGiven under my hand this day Wednesday 14th October 2015. \n  \n  \nSarah Willsher \nClerk to the Council
