DESCRIPTION:I hereby summon you to a Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 21st June 2023 at 7.00 pm at Illogan Parish Council Community Office\, Trevelyan Road\, Illogan \nMembers of the press and public are invited to attend. \nAGENDA \n1. Safety Procedures \n2. Chairman’s Welcome and Apologies \n3. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25 \n4. To consider applications from members for dispensations \n5. Public participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council standing Orders) \n6. Chairman’s Announcements \n7. To receive and approve the minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on the 17th May 2023 \n8. To receive and approve the minutes of the Annual Council Meeting held on the 17th May 2023 and the Chairman to sign them \n9. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only \n10. To receive the Delegated Decisions Register since the last meetings\, ratify all decisions made and agree any future actions \n11. To receive reports on the payments\, receipts and bank reconciliation for the month of May 2023 and agree any future actions \n12. To authorise payment of accounts for the month of June 2023 and agree any future actions (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting) \n13. To receive correspondence from Cornwall Council and consider Illogan Parish Council taking formal ownership of the War Memorial in Illogan Churchyard\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure \n14. To appoint a Task and Finish Group to review the Council’s Standing Committees and Terms of Reference and to make a recommendation to Full Council \n15. To review membership of Standing Committees for the 2023/2024 municipal year and agree any future actions \n16. To receive a request from a member of the public to move the picnic tables in Illogan Park\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure \n17. To consider management\, maintenance and future developments in Illogan Park and other parish facilities\, agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure \n18. To receive a report from the Clerk including Health and Safety\, agree future actions and any associated expenditure \n19. To receive correspondence from the 12th April 2023 until the 13th June 2023\, agree any appropriate responses and any future actions \n20. To receive reports from the Cornwall Councillors \n21. To receive a 2-minute update on Committee meetings held from the 3rd May 2023 and note the minutes of the meetings: \ni. Community Events Committee – 22nd May and 12th June 2023\nii. Planning and Environmental Services Committee – 24th May and 7th June 2023 \n22. To receive a 2-minute update from the Council Representative on outside bodies including the Police Liaison Committee and on Cllrs who have attended training courses or conferences \n23. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings; agree where to discuss and timescales \n24. Date & time of next meeting: \nWednesday 19th July 2023\, 7pm in Illogan Parish Council Community Office \n25. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed \n26. To review the Agreement for the Use of the Pitches and Changing Facilities at Illogan Park and to set the fees for the 2023/2024 season\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure \n27. To receive a risk assessment for the corner entrance to Illogan Park and quotes to implement the recommendations from the risk assessment\, appoint a contractor\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure \n28. To receive tenders for the gate and turning area at the entrance to Illogan Park\, appoint a contractor\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure \n29. To receive quotes to relay the goal mouths in Illogan Park\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure \n30.
