DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Governance Review Committee Meeting will be held on Wednesday 8th July 2015 at 7.00pm in the Council Office\, Unit 2 Wheal Agar\, Tolvaddon Energy Park \n  \nSafety Procedures \n  \nAGENDA\n  \n\nTo elect a Chairman for the municipal year 2015/16\n\n  \n\nTo receive apologies for absence\n\n  \n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\n\n  \n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n  \n\nPublic Participation (Maximum of 15 minutes – Every speaker a limit of 3 minutes under Council standing Orders)\n\n  \n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the meeting of the Governance Review Committee held on the 23rd March 2015 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n  \n\nTo appoint a Vice Chairman for the municipal year 2015/16\n\n  \n\nTo receive and approve the Illogan Park Risk Assessment\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n  \n\nTo review the Council’s Standing Orders and make recommendations to Full Council\n\n  \n\nTo review the Council’s Financial Regulations and make recommendations to Full Council\n\n  \n\nTo receive and approve the Guidelines for Broadcasting or Using Social Media at Council Meetings and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo review the Quotation and Tenders Policy and agree any amendments\n\n  \n\nTo revise the Schedule of Routine Review of Policies and Risk Assessments and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nDate and time of next meeting\n\n  \nGiven under my hand this day Wednesday 1st July 2015. \n  \nSarah Willsher \nClerk to the Council \n  \nMembers of Committee: Cllrs Mrs Thompson (Chairman)\, Mrs Loxton (Vice Chairman)\, Crabtree\, Ford and Pavey
