DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Illogan Park Improvements Working Group Meeting will be held on Monday 14th November 2016 at 6.30pm in the Council Office\, Unit 2 Wheal Agar\, Tolvaddon Energy Park\, Tolvaddon\, Camborne \n  \nAGENDA\n  \n\nTo receive apologies for absence\n\n  \n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\n\n  \n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n  \n\nPublic participation on items on the agenda (Maximum of 15 minutes – Every speaker has a limit of 3 minutes under Council Standing Orders)\n\n  \n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the meeting held on the 3rd October 2016 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n  \n\nMatters arising from the Minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only.\n\n  \n\nTo review the football goal posts in Illogan Park\, and agree any future actions and any recommendations to Full Council\n\n  \n\nTo receive the Quantity Surveyors report on the proposals for Illogan Park\, consider how to proceed and make recommendations to Full Council\n\n  \n\nTo receive a report on the fees for the use of the Illogan Park for the next season\, consider the use of the facilities by the junior teams and an appropriate fee scale and make any appropriate recommendations to Full Council\n\n  \n\nTo review all aspects of Illogan Park and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo consider items to be discussed at future meetings\n\n  \n\nDate and time of next meeting\n\n  \nGiven under my hand this day Monday 7th November 2016. \n  \nSarah Willsher \nClerk to the Council \n  \nMembers of the Working Group: Cllr Mrs Ferrett (Chairman)\, Mr Simons (Vice Chairman)\, Cllr Crabtree\, Cllr Ekinsmyth\, Mr Bowman\, Mr Maddern and Mr Rowe
