DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Illogan Park Improvements Working Group Meeting will be held on Monday 30th November 2015 at 7.00pm in the Penwartha Hall\, Voguebeloth\, Illogan \n  \nAGENDA\n  \n\nTo receive apologies for absence\n\n  \n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\n\n  \n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n  \n\nPublic Participation (Maximum of 15 minutes – Every speaker has a limit of 3 minutes under Council Standing Orders).\n\n  \n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the meeting held on the 6th July 2015 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n  \n\nMatters arising from the Minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only.\n\n  \n\nTo consider the draft Terms and Conditions for Use of the Sports Pitches and Changing Facilities at Illogan Park and the draft Illogan Park Pitch Inspections Checklist\, consider comments from the Football and Rugby Clubs and make recommendations on the final documents to Full Council\n\n  \n\nTo consider the fee structure for use of the sports pitches and changing facilities at Illogan Park and make recommendations to Full Council\n\n  \n\nTo consider how to monitor/enforce the terms and conditions contained within the draft agreement for Illogan Park and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo consider the arrangements for keys and key holders for the changing facilities at Illogan Park and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo consider the compilation of a management plan for all elements of Illogan Park\, agree any future actions and any recommendations to the Planning and Environmental Services Committee\n\n  \n\nTo consider and review the arrangements for Illogan Park and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo consider items to be discussed at future meetings\n\n  \n\nDate and time of next meeting\n\n  \nGiven under my hand this day Monday 23rd November 2015. \n  \nSarah Willsher \nClerk to the Council \n  \nMembers of the Working Group: Cllr Mrs Ferrett (Chairman)\, Mr Simons (Vice Chairman)\, Cllr Ekinsmyth\, Cllr Pavey\, Mr Bowman\, Mr Maddern and Mr Rowe.
