DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Environmental Services Committee meeting of the Illogan Parish Council is to be held on Wednesday 2nd September 2015\, 7.00pm at Penwartha Hall\, Voguebeloth\, Illogan \n  \nAGENDA \n  \n\nSafety Procedures\n\n  \n\nTo receive apologies for absence\n\n  \n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality worth £25 or over\n\n  \n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n  \n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the meeting of this Committee held on the 1st and 15th July 2015 and the 5th and 19th August 2015 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n  \n\nMatters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only\n\n  \n\nPublic participation on items on the agenda (Maximum of 10 minutes – Every speaker has a limit of 3 minutes under the Council’s Standing Orders)\n\n  \n\nTo discuss planning applications received (Cllr Miss Pollock)\n\n  \n\nIPC2015/49\nPA15/07634\nMrs Denise Jackson\, 2 The Woodlands\, Tehidy Park\, Tehidy\nWork to a group of trees identified as G1 Mixed Woodland – Mostly Elm and Sycamore\, to be managed as coppice on a 20 year rotation\, every other year 10% thinned/coppiced.  To crown raise T1\, T2 and fell T3.  This group of trees is under continual pressure from residents to be felled.  This group has only tree cover closest to the buildings.  Replacement plantings to establish tree cover away from the buildings\, essentially to move the woodland back from the building.  Replacement plantings to consist of Hazel 20%\, Sweet Chestnut 20%\, Hawthorn 10%\, Field maple 10%\, Holly 10%\, Goat Willow 10%\, Holm Oak 10%\, Berberis darwinii 5% and Euonymus alatus 5%.  There is already space for these new plantings adjacent to the path and to the West of the group as it runs clockwise to the rear of 10 The Stables.  T1 T2 SYCAMORE Crown rase to East only\, branches over hanging 8 Tehidy Copse.  Final height of crown after crown raise to be 5m from ground level.  This has been requested from 8 Tehidy Copse as the branches are growing over their boundary.  T3 SYCAMORE – FELL This tree has die back in the crown and been poorly pruned in the past.\n\n  \n\nTo note planning decisions received from Cornwall Council\n\n  \n\nTo note planning enforcement cases received from Cornwall Council\n\n  \n\nTo receive the draft of the Manningham Wood Management Plan from CEC Environment and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo consider the erection of a bus shelter at Tolvaddon and agree any future actions (further to PM15/05/10.2 – that Illogan Parish Council considers erecting a bus shelter by Penwarne Close\, Tolvaddon and postpones the bus shelter at Trevelyan Road until a suitable site has been established)\n\n  \n\nTo discuss a lengths man for the Parish and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\n  \n\nTo consider future repairs on small roads and cul de sacs in the Parish and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo discuss the build out onto the footpath 26/1 that leads off of Alexandra Road and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo discuss the erratic numbering and missing signs at Sunnyside Park and Bosvean Gardens and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo discuss the sale of motor vehicles at the junction of Bridge Road and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo consider any correspondence up to the date of the meeting\, agree responses and any appropriate actions\n\n  \n\nTo note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure\n\n  \n\nTo receive an update on land at Millgrist Meadow and any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo consider items to be discussed at future meetings\n\n  \n\nDate and Time of next meeting\n\nWednesday 16th September 2015\, time to be confirmed in Penwartha Hall. \n  \nGiven under my hand this day Wednesday 26th August 2015. \n  \n  \nSarah Willsher \nClerk to the Council \n  \nPlanning Applications will be available to view from 6.30pm until 7pm on the evening of the meeting. \n  \nCommittee Members: Cllr L Pavey – Chairman\, Cllr Mrs M Roberts – Vice Chairman\, Cllr Mrs J Ferrett\, Cllr G D Ford\, Cllr P Holmes\, Miss J Pollock\, Cllr S Szoka\, Cllr Mrs M Thompson and R Uren \n
