DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Environmental Services Committee meeting of the Illogan Parish Council is to be held on Wednesday 2nd December 2015\, 7.00pm at Penwartha Hall\, Voguebeloth\, Illogan \n  \nAGENDA \n  \n\nSafety Procedures\n\n  \n\nTo receive apologies for absence\n\n  \n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality worth £25 or over\n\n  \n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n  \n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the meeting of this Committee held on the 4th and 18th November 2015 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n  \n\nMatters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only\n\n  \n\nPublic participation on items on the agenda (Maximum of 10 minutes – Every speaker has a limit of 3 minutes under the Council’s Standing Orders)\n\n  \n\nTo note planning decisions received from Cornwall Council\n\n  \n\nTo note planning enforcement cases received from Cornwall Council\n\n  \n\nTo consider any correspondence up to the date of the meeting\, agree responses and any appropriate actions\n\n  \n\nTo note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure\n\n  \n\nTo receive an update on land at Millgrist Meadow and any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo consider items to be discussed at future meetings\n\n  \n\nDate and Time of next meeting\n\nWednesday 6th January 2016\, 7pm in Penwartha Hall. \n  \n\nThat under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act the Press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed.\n\n  \n\nTo receive completed tenders for an Manningham Wood Management Plan Year One Tree Works\, agree any future actions\, appoint a contractor and approve any associated expenditure\n\n  \n\nTo receive completed tenders for Tree Safety Inspections – Manningham Wood and Illogan Park\, agree any future actions\, appoint a contractor and approve any associated expenditure\n\n  \n\nTo receive a letter from the Council’s litter picking and general maintenance contractor\, agree a response and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo receive quotes for the signs to be erected in Manningham Wood to mark the Great Parish Road\, approve a quote and the associated expenditure and where to erect the signs\n\n  \n\nTo receive quotes for dog waste and litter signs for Manningham Wood and Illogan\, approve a quote and the associated expenditure and where to erect the signs\n\n  \nGiven under my hand this day Wednesday 25th November 2015. \n  \n  \nSarah Willsher \nClerk to the Council \n  \nPlanning Applications will be available to view from 6.30pm until 7pm on the evening of the meeting. \n  \nCommittee Members: Cllrs Mrs M Roberts (Chairman)\, Ford (Vice Chairman)\, Mrs Ferrett\, Holmes\, Pavey\, Miss Pollock\, Szoka\, Mrs Thompson and Uren
