Safety Procedures \n2. To receive apologies for absence \n3. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality worth £25 or over \n4. To consider applications from members for dispensations \n5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of this Committee held on the 1st and 15th March 2023 and the 19th April 2023 and the Chairman to sign them. \n6. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only \n7. Public participation (Maximum of 15 minutes – Every speaker has a limit of 3 minutes under the Council’s Standing Orders) \n8. To discuss planning applications received (Cllr Cullimore) \ni. IPC2023/013\nPA23/02995\nThe Cabin\, Mount Whistle Road\, South Tehidy\nDemolition of the existing single storey dwelling and erection of a replacement two storey dwelling including installation of a new sewage treatment plant \n9. To note planning decisions received from Cornwall Council and Planning Appeal Decisions received from the Planning Inspectorate \n10. To receive an update from the Clerk on planning matters for Land Adj to Harmony Terrace\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure \n11. To receive a report from the Clerk on the litter picking equipment and its use\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure \n12. To receive correspondence up to the date of the meeting for information only \n13. To note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure \n14. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings \n15. Date and Time of next meeting \n19th April 2023\, time to be confirmed in Illogan Parish Council Community Office. \n16. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed \n17. To receive information and quotes from the Clerk for a recycling bin to be purchased and installed in Illogan Park\, agree where in the Park to locate the bin\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure \n18.
