DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Environmental Services Committee meeting of the Illogan Parish Council is to be held on Wednesday 4th October 2023\, 7pm in Illogan Parish Council Community Office\, Trevelyan Road\, Illogan \nAGENDA \n\nSafety Procedures\nTo receive apologies for absence\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality worth £25 or over\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of this Committee held on the 6th and 20th September 2023 and the Chairman to sign them.\nMatters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only\nPublic participation (Maximum of 15 minutes – Every speaker has a limit of 3 minutes under the Council’s Standing Orders)\nTo discuss planning applications received\ni. IPC2023/036\nPA23/06969\nIllogan Parish Council\, Harris Memorial Surgery\, Robartes Terrace\, Illogan\nWorks to trees subject to a tree preservation order (TPO) to reduce holly on hedge by 1-2m\, to reduce sycamore 2-3m and fell suppressed sycamore on hedge\nTo note planning decisions received from Cornwall Council and Planning Appeal Decisions received from the Planning Inspectorate\nTo ratify the Council’s response to the Cornwall Council 5-day planning protocol for PA23/06473 – Tallem\, South Drive\, Tehidy\, that this Council agrees with the recommendation of the Planning Officer and agree any future actions.\nTo consider residents suggestions from the Illogan Fun Day for the Council to consider locating footpaths that aren’t recorded on the definitive map and applying for them to be recorded and agree any future actions\nTo consider residents suggestions from the Illogan Fun Day for the Council to consider keeping the kerbs clear of weeds and agree any future actions\nTo consider residents suggestions from the Illogan Fun Day for the Council to consider increasing trees and planting on green spaces to offset the increase in green areas being built on and agree any future actions\nTo receive correspondence up to the date of the meeting for information only\nTo note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\nTo consider items to be discussed at future meetings\nDate and Time of next meeting\n\nWednesday 18th October 2023\, time to be confirmed in Illogan Parish Council Community Office. \n\nThat under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed\nTo receive quotes for tree inspections for Manningham Wood and Illogan Park\, appoint a contractor\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure\n\nGiven under my hand this day Wednesday 27th September 2023. \nSarah Rimell \nClerk to the Council \nPlanning Applications will be available to view from 6.30pm until 7pm on the evening of the meeting. \nCommittee Members: Cllrs Mrs Thompson (Chairman)\, Ekinsmyth (Vice Chairman)\, Cullimore\, Ford\, Holmes\, Ms Kemp\, Miss Pollock\, Szoka and 1 vacancy.
