To ratify Council’s response to the correspondence from Cornwall Council Planning Officer regarding PA24/06637 56 Gwel Kann that ‘Illogan Parish Council agree to the proposed conditions on ‘Use’ and ‘Client Limit’ but not the ‘Hours of Operation’. The salon is in a residential area and members feel that the operational hours should not extend as far as 20:00. Most salons operate on a 9am until 5pm basis. Illogan Parish Council would like the operational hours for the hair salon use to not exist outside of 09:00 to 17:00 to avoid unacceptable impacts on the highway network and parking pressures\, and to minimise impact on residential amenity\, in line with policies 12 and 27 of the Cornwall Local Plan.’ \n11.
