DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Environmental Services Committee meeting of the Illogan Parish Council is to be held on Wednesday 5th October 2022\, 7pm at The Old School Centre\, Nance Lane\, Illogan \nAGENDA \n1. Safety Procedures \n2. To receive apologies for absence \n3. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality worth £25 or over \n4. To consider applications from members for dispensations \n5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meeting of this Committee held on the 7th September 2022 and the Chairman to sign them. \n6. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only \n7. Public participation (Maximum of 15 minutes – Every speaker has a limit of 3 minutes under the Council’s Standing Orders) \n8. To note planning decisions received from Cornwall Council and Planning Appeal Decisions received from the Planning Inspectorate \n9. To receive the management plan for Manningham Woods\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure \n10. To consider reinstating Bridleway 214/21/1 between Treloweth Terrace and Church Road to its full width and agree any future actions \n11. To receive a request for a member of the public for the Council to consider planting a wild flower meadow on land at Sunnyside Parc\, agree a response and any future actions \n12. To receive a report on the review of the Illogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure \n13. To receive correspondence up to the date of the meeting for information only \n14. To note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure \n15. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings \n16.
