DESCRIPTION:I hereby summon you to a meeting of the Projects Committee of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Thursday 20th April 2023 at 10am in Illogan Parish Council Community Office\, Trevelyan Road\, Illogan \nMembers of the public are invited to attend. \nSafety Procedures \nAGENDA \n1. To receive apologies for absence \n2. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25 \n3. To consider applications from members for dispensations \n4. Public Participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council Standing Orders) \n5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of the Projects Committee held on the 22nd March 2023 and the Chairman to sign them \n6. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only \n7. To receive Cornwall Council’s Guidance Note on Mobile Speed Activated Signs (MSAS)\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure \n8. To receive the following recommendation from the Community Events Committee and agree any future actions: \n‘that space is allocated for the picnic benches and a Lime\, Hornbeam and Monarch Birch trees to commemorate the Kings Coronation within the other projects planned.’ \n9. To consider the provision of a water fountain for dogs and agree any future actions \n10. Date and time of next meeting \n11. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed \n12. To receive and approve the Draft Tender for Outdoor Sports/Fitness Equipment and agree any future actions \n13.
