To elect a Chairman of the Projects Committee for the remainder of the 2023/2024 municipal year \n2. To appoint a Vice Chairman of the Projects Committee for the remainder of the 2023/2024 municipal year \n3. To receive apologies for absence \n4. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25 \n5. To consider applications from members for dispensations \n6. Public Participation \n7. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of the Projects Committee held on the 20th April 2023 and the Chairman to sign them \n8. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only \n9. To consider a uniform for Councillors and Officers when completing Council business or representing the Council and agree any future actions \n10. To receive and approve the draft proposal form for Land Adj Chyvounder\, agree to submit to Cornwall Council\, any future actions and any associated expenditure \n11. To consider the installation of a water fountain in Illogan Park\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure \n12. To consider areas to be included on the large external maps of the Parish\, information to be included and the style of the signs and agree any future actions \n13.
