DESCRIPTION:  \n  \nNotice is hereby given that the Staffing Committee Meeting of Illogan Parish Council is to be held on Monday 8th February 2016 at 7.00pm at the Council Office\, Unit 2 Wheal Agar\, Tolvaddon Energy Park\, Tolvaddon.  Members are hereby summoned to attend. \n  \nAGENDA\n  \n\nChairman’s Welcome and Apologies\n\n  \n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\n\n  \n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n  \n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the Staffing Committee meeting held on the 25th November 2015 and the Chairman to sign them\n\n  \n\nMatters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only\n\n  \n\nThat the Council resolves under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act\, to exclude the press and public due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed.\n\n  \n\nTo receive the Administration Assistants letter of resignation\, a report from the Chairman of the Committee and agree any future actions\n\n  \n  \nGiven under my hand this day Monday 1st February 2016 \n  \n  \nSarah Willsher \nClerk to the Council \n  \nMembers of the Committee:  Cllrs Mrs Loxton (Chairman)\, Ekinsmyth\, Mrs Ferrett\, Richardson and Szoka
