DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Staffing Committee Meeting of Illogan Parish Council is to be held on Wednesday 10th April 2019\, 7pm at the Council Office\, Unit 2 Wheal Agar\, Tolvaddon Energy Park\, Tolvaddon.  Members are hereby summoned to attend. \n  \nAGENDA\n  \n\nChairman’s Welcome and Apologies\n\n  \n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\n\n  \n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n  \n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the Staffing Committee meeting held on the 23rd January 2019\, and the Chairman to sign them\n\n  \n\nMatters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only\n\n  \n\nTo note the South West Councils Spring Newsletter and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nThat the Council resolves under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act\, to exclude the press and public due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed\n\n  \n\nTo receive a letter drafted by South West Councils regarding changes to pay scales\, consider whether to send the letter to all employees and agree any future actions\n\n  \n\nTo receive a report on the Clerk’s Annual Appraisal\, review the Clerk’s terms and conditions and approve any amendments and any associated expenditure\n\n  \n\nTo receive a report on the Administration Assistants Annual Appraisal\, review the Administration Assistant’s terms and conditions and approve any amendments and any associated expenditure\n\n  \n  \nGiven under my hand this day Wednesday 3rd April 2019. \n  \n  \nSarah Willsher \nClerk to the Council \n  \nMembers of the Committee:  Cllrs Williams (Chairman)\, Mrs Ferrett (Vice Chairman)\, Ekinsmyth\, Miss Pollock and Szoka
