DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Staffing Committee Meeting of Illogan Parish Council is to be held on Monday 13th June 2022\, 7pm in The Old School Centre\, Nance Lane\, Illogan.  Members are hereby summoned to attend. \nAGENDA\n\nTo elect a Chairman of the Staffing Committee for the 2022/2023 municipal year\n\n\nTo appoint a Vice Chairman of the Staffing Committee for the 2022/2023 municipal year\n\n\nChairman’s Welcome and Apologies\n\n\nMembers to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25\n\n\nTo consider applications from members for dispensations\n\n\nTo receive and approve the minutes of the Staffing Committee meeting held on the 13th April 2022\, and the Chairman to sign them\n\n\nMatters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only\n\n\nThat the Council resolves under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act\, to exclude the press and public due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed\n\n\nTo receive and approve the confidential minutes of the Staffing Committee meeting held on the 13th April 2022\, and the Chairman to sign them\n\n\nTo receive applications for the post of Assistant to the Clerk\, shortlist applicants for interview and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo agree the date(s)\, time(s)\, and venue for interviews for the post of Assistant to the Clerk and agree any future actions\n\n\nTo agree the interview procedure and assessment form including who will interview applicants etc and agree any future actions\n\nGiven under my hand this day Monday 6th June 2022 \nSarah Willsher \nClerk to the Council \nMembers of the Committee:  Cllrs Crabtree\, Ekinsmyth\, Mrs Ferrett\, Ford\, Jobson and Miss Pollock
