DESCRIPTION:I hereby summon you to attend a Staffing Committee Meeting of Illogan Parish Council on Wednesday 18th December 2024\, 7pm in Illogan Parish Council Community Office\, Trevelyan Road\, Illogan. Members are hereby summoned to attend. \nAGENDA \n1. To receive and approve apologies for absence and agree any future actions \n2. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25 \n3. To consider applications from members for dispensations \n4. To receive and approve the GDPR compliant minutes of the Staffing Committee meeting for publication on the website held on the 25th September 2024\, and the Chairman to sign them \n5. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions\, for information only \n6. That the Council resolves under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act\, to exclude the press and public due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed. \n7. To receive and approve the confidential minutes of the Staffing Committee meeting held on the 25th September 2024\, and the Chairman to sign them \n8. To receive a report on the Clerk’s Annual Appraisal\, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure \n9. To receive a letter from the Assistant to the Clerk\, agree a response and any future actions \n10.
