To receive apologies for absence \n2. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25 \n3. To consider applications from members for dispensations \n4. Public Participation (Maximum of 15 minutes – Every speaker a limit of 3 minutes under Council standing Orders) \n5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meeting of the Governance Review Committee held on the 27th November 2019 – for accuracy only and the Chairman to sign them\n(Please advise ”typo’s” to Clerk ahead of meeting) \n6. Report of The Clerk: Delivery of Resolutions made on 27th November \n7. Report from the Chairman as to possible future scrutiny process \n8.
