Safety Information
First Aid
White Cross Training are providing first aid for the event. The first aid tent is located to the right hand side of the entrance to the playing field near the community room.
Lost Children
Lost Children should be taken to Illogan Parish Council Community Office or to a member of Illogan Parish Council who will be able to help.
Rest Area
If you need a break from the fun and excitement, feel free to visit the Community Room.
There you will find seating, beverages, books and crafts.
Refreshments
Free
Tea, Coffee, Squash, Ice Cream and Ice Lollies are available, free of charge, in Illogan Parish Council Community Office.
Robartes Arms
The Robartes Arms are located in the main field area serving Burgers, Hot Dogs, Chips and Fizzy Drinks.

Slackline School
Slackline School will be running free activities on the playing field.

Coppice Theatre
Coppice Theatre, an award-winning troupe hailing from Cornwall, is ready to whisk you away with their enchanting tales. So, hustle over to the marquee for a dose of magic and wonder!

Get ready to jump into the fun zone with Healthy Cornwall’s latest line up of games and antics!

Cirk Hes
Formerly ‘Cirque du Ciel’, Cirk Hes is a registered charity that has been serving the Cornish community since 2003. Their mission is to bring the physical, mental and social benefits of the Circus Arts and Physical Theatre to those who need access the most and to support and nurture grassroots creative and community projects.
They will be running activities and and an aerial skills on the playing field.

Jon, the magician extraordinaire from the mystical land of Falmouth, is ready to dazzle you with his spellbinding interactive show and a bag bursting with enchanting tricks.
Stick around after the show to witness Jon’s up-close magic wonders that will leave you utterly bewitched!

12.40pm – Maids of Melody
Maids of Melody are becoming a firm favourite at Illogan Parish Council’s events.
They are a group of local maids celebrating life and friendship through music.
1.10pm and 2.55pm – Ronnie Chaffe
Meet Ronnie – the ultimate showman and entertainer extraordinaire!
He’s on a mission to keep the party vibes alive and banish boredom from your dictionary!
1.40pm – Hookah Smoking Caterpillars
The Hookah Smoking Caterpillars, a groovy 6-piece band, are here to blast you back to the swinging 60s and funky 70s with their mix of beat, pop, rock, and Motown tunes.

3.25pm – TR14ers
TR14ers, a youth-led community dance charity located in Camborne, was initially established to address youth-related anti-social behaviour. Over time, it has transformed into a self-sustaining charity that has positively impacted more than 2000 young individuals.
