22. To confirm the office opening hours over the Christmas period and agree any future actions
23. To receive correspondence from Quick Goalkeeping regarding arrangements for use of the facilities and agree a response.
24. To consider management, maintenance and future developments in Illogan Park and other parish facilities, agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure
25. To receive a report from Council Officers including Health and Safety, agree future actions and any associated expenditure
