2. To appoint a Vice Chairman of the Task and Finish Group

3. To receive and approve apologies for absence

4. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25

5. To consider applications from members for dispensations

6. Public Participation

7. To agree the response to the Governments Strengthening the standards and conduct framework for local authorities in England Consultation and any future actions
