16. To consider whether Illogan Parish Council and Carn Brea Parish Council could initiate any action regarding Millgrist Meadow and agree any future actions

19. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act the Press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed.

 

20. To receive additional costings from the Council’s contractor for the addition of litter picking Illogan Park, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

 

21. To receive and approve the draft contract for the maintenance of Illogan Park and agree any future actions and that the contract can be signed
