Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Environmental Services Committee meeting of the Illogan Parish Council is to be held on Wednesday 1st July 2015, 7.00pm at Penwartha Hall, Voguebeloth, Illogan

 

AGENDA

 

  1. To elect a Chairman for the municipal year 2015/2016

 

  1. Safety Procedures

 

  1. To receive apologies for absence

 

  1. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality worth £25 or over

 

  1. To consider applications from members for dispensations

 

  1. To appoint a Vice Chairman for the municipal year 2015/2016

 

  1. To receive and approve the minutes of the meeting of this Committee held on the 3rd and 17th June 2015 and the Chairman to sign them

 

  1. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

 

  1. Public participation on items on the agenda (Maximum of 10 minutes – Every speaker has a limit of 3 minutes under the Council’s Standing Orders)

 

  1. To note planning decisions received from Cornwall Council

 

  1. To note planning enforcement cases received from Cornwall Council

 

  1. To consider objectives for the year and make recommendations to Full Council

 

  1. To consider correspondence from Cornwall Council and litter and waste management in Illogan Park, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

 

  1. To consider the arrangements for use and maintenance of the pitches at Illogan Park and agree any future actions

 

  1. To consider the erection of a bus shelter at Tolvaddon and agree any future actions (further to PM15/05/10.2 – that Illogan Parish Council considers erecting a bus shelter by Penwarne Close, Tolvaddon and postpones the bus shelter at Trevelyan Road until a suitable site has been established)

 

  1. To discuss a lengths man for the Parish and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

 

  1. To consider future repairs on small roads and cul de sacs in the Parish and agree any future actions

 

  1. To consider any correspondence up to the date of the meeting, agree responses and any appropriate actions

 

  1. To note any information regarding the land at Mary’s Well and agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure

 

  1. To receive an update on land at Millgrist Meadow and any future actions

 

  1. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings

 

  1. Date and Time of next meeting
