Mr Doug Goldsworthy, Acor, South Drive, Tehidy
T1 montery cypress to be felled, they are small and poor specimens, dwarfed by the main tree. T2 sycamore, immature, due to the low union the tree will never grow into mature tree without the risk of failure, recommended to fell. T3 and T5 sycamore both growing out of the steep bank adjacent to the garage. Mr Goldsworthy would like a crown thin, removing no branch with a diameter of over 50mm to be removed to reduce the sail area, as the prevailing wind comes across from the SW. T4 Ash to be felled, the tree is suffering from Canker. T6 T7 Ash to be felled, Armillaria.

- To receive and approve recommendations as follows from Illogan Park Improvements Working Group and agree any future actions:
It was agreed to recommend to the Planning and Environmental Services Committee that:
- That the short term plans for the Park are amended and that the timescales are reviewed for the long term aims.
- The current changing rooms are refurbished.
- That all 3 clubs would provide the Council with a list of improvements they would like made to the facilities.
- That tender documents were drawn up and the tender process was commenced with a view to the work being completed between April and August 2016 whilst the facilities were not in use by the Clubs.
- That a public consultation event was held on a Saturday in Penwartha Hall from 10am -4pm to discuss the future of the Park with the 3 options the architects presented during the tender process.
- That following the consultation event plans are finalised and a planning application submitted to Cornwall Council with a view to obtaining planning permission.
- That consideration is given to phasing the project over a number of years.
- That the goal mouths are fenced off and repaired at the end of the current season, the goal posts are removed and small posts erected for children to use to the right hand side of the rugby pitch.
- To receive the pre-application advice on Illogan Park from Cornwall Council and additional information, receive recommendations from the Illogan Park Improvements Working Group and organise a public consultation event regarding the options for the Park, including date, time, venue, attendees, content/displays etc
It was agreed to recommend to the Planning and Environmental Services Committee that a consultation event was held in Penwartha Hall, Voguebeloth, Illogan on a Saturday between 10am and 4pm. The event will be well publicised by the Council. There would be displays with the 3 options the architects presented to the Council during the tender process.
- To receive and approve the draft Management Plan for Illogan Park, recommendations from the Illogan Park Improvements Working Group, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
It was agreed to recommend to the Planning and Environmental Services Committee that the draft Management Plan for Illogan Park is received and approved.
- To receive an update on the bus shelter at Tolvaddon, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
- To discuss fly tipping in the parish, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
- To receive a report from Cllr Ekinsmyth on white lines, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
- To consider the draft response from the Planning Forum on planning consultations on amendments to the National Planning Policy Framework, consider a response to the consultation and agree any future actions (deferred from Full Council)
- To receive the Cornwall Council Town Parking Review survey, agree a response and any future actions
- To consider any correspondence up to the date of the meeting, agree responses and any appropriate actions
- To review arrangements at Illogan Park, agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure
- To note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure
- To receive an update on land at Millgrist Meadow and agree any future actions
- To consider items to be discussed at future meetings

- That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act the Press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed.
- To receive completed tenders for Footpath and Open Spaces Maintenance, agree any future actions, appoint a contractor, approve any associated expenditure and agree any recommendations to Full Council
- To receive and approve the draft tender documentation for Playground Inspections, agree a closing date, where to advertise and any future actions
- To receive quotes to tidy up the fallen oak tree in Manningham Wood, agree any future actions, appoint a contractor and approve any associated expenditure
- To receive quotes for the signs to be erected in Manningham Wood to mark the Great Parish Road, approve a quote and the associated expenditure and where to erect the signs
- To receive quotes for dog waste and litter signs for Manningham Wood and Illogan Park, approve a quote and the associated expenditure and where to erect the signs
